Genuinely excellent service, brilliant quality and fantastic prices.. I've recommended Smooch several times. We had a bespoke ring for my wife as well as a standard one for me; both platinum and both similar prices to similar rings in cheaper metals in most other jewellers. The process for the bespoke ring was fantastic and they made a wedding ring to fit around and match my wife's engagement ring. You would think that we bought the rings together given how well they matched the wedding ring up! Using Smooch is an absolute no-brainer.. I would genuinely recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly service no pushy sales people, we talked through what we were looking for and which metals would be best for my husband's ring with his work in mind. Good service from start to finish great aftercare and communication too. So when I wanted a new ring for my 40th birthday smooch was my obvious choice, I spoke to someone over the phone about what I was looking for sent in some really basic drawings and smooch designed a ring exactly how I had pictured it. Love both my Smooch rings. Nothing but good service.
