We love our wedding rings and wouldn't change a thing about them!

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Gina for all her help and advice in choosing a new wedding ring. After ten years of marriage my wedding ring needed replacing and Gina helped us choose the perfect one. It arrived safely yesterday and I am more than happy with it. I love it!! I just need to get a blessing organised now!

Our Adviser Jane was so friendly - and she explained Smooch's services very well. We definitely had no qualms about ordering our rings through her, which we did the same day. The following day, my partner changed his mind in the material that his ring should be. I contacted Jayne by sms, asking her to contact me before she submitted our rings. She phoned me back within 10 minutes and agreed to come over and go through everything again. Jayne certainly went beyond what I would expect from a sales adviser. She was also very keen for us to be aware that just because she was making a second visit there would be no pressure to order from her.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Alison. My experience from start to finish was amazing. She made it soooo much easier for me to choose my wedding ring, and I didn't feel rushed or pushed into making the wrong choices Alison was absolutely amazing - I've never felt so relaxed with someone I hadn't met before. She also had a lot of ideas, so I ended up designing my own ring. I couldn't be happier with it. I would definitely recommend Smooch to anyone, so again a BIG thanks to Alison - she was amazing.

From the first meeting to the last meeting, Smooch has been a wonderful company to use - both courteous and kind. I never thought I would find a ring that suited me, and yet Smooch had the perfect one. My fiancée and I are both delighted with our rings. Smooch were friendly and helpful, and always polite. We have today received our wedding rings, earlier than promised from the original appointment and they are absolutely perfect.From the initial meeting at a wedding fayre, Smooch and their Adviser (Sandra) have been extremely helpful, No pressure was applied to buy from Sandra but her advice and help was fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending Smooch to any bride and groom.
