After seeing the wonderful selection of rings you had to offer whilst at a wedding fair about a year before our wedding, we made an appointment for your representative to come to our house so that we could choose the rings we wanted in the comfort of our own home. She couldn't have been more helpful and the choice we had was fantastic. We organised to pay for the rings over the forthcoming year and Smooch ensured that they were with us 7 weeks before the wedding. Rich and I had our rings personalised with our names and the date of the wedding engraved inside each of our bands, it's made them so much more special.

I would just like to say that over a year on from our wedding day our ring's are still as beautiful as ever, of course thy have the normal every day wear and tear, which is to be expected but they are still gorgeous.
My husband has a titanium, half brushed and half polished ring, which is perfect for him as he is in the army and he is currently in Afghanistan so needed something sturdy as well as nice looking, and the ring is withstanding that just fine. I had a simple white gold ring with a single diamond, which is perfect as my engagement ring is quite ornate so the wedding ring teams perfectly with it.
Our advisor was very pleasant, made us feel very at ease and made the whole process simple and very smooth.
We we're very pleased with the service and have recommended Smooch to some of our friends.
The choice of ring's is wonderful and the company as a whole we have had no problems.

We received our SMOOCH wedding rings over the weekend and I just want to say how thrilled we are with them and the service we received.
The salesman who can to our house (Les) was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, guiding us to our perfect rings. My partner selected a paladium and yellow gold band whilst I chose a paladium band set with diamonds that was shaped around my unusually shaped engagement ring. My wedding ring is an absolutely perfect fit to my engagement ring and I would recommend all brides-to-be consider this service as it just looks so beautiful.

My mum saw the Smooch advert in a magazine and told me about it. I had a look online at your website and contacted you for an appointment. Communication between Smooch and myself was good - using email and texts to arrange an appointment and to answer any queries I had.
The ring that I had seen on the Smooch website was not in the sample range that our sales advisor Rob brought to ur home, so I ordered another one matching my partners'. However because it was not my first choice, I decided to go with my instinct and change my order to my first choice without actually seeing a sample. A huge gamble I know!
Our rings arrived on Saturday and we both love them.. We are really pleased with the service and the quality of the rings and would definitely recommend Smooch to anyone looking for a bespoke ring. We also loved the free pearl bracelets & keyring we chose for our bridesmaids and bestman.

We haven't decided on the other ring yet but the second is still in the process. It was very relaxed and friendly and he was really helpful with ideas for the styles we wanted. We had our names and date of the wedding engraved into the ring; we thought it was an excellent idea that this could be done with our own handwriting and the result is fantastic....an exact match to my own handwriting on the ring and a great talking point for everyone we've shown them to. We first found out about Smooch at a Wedding Fayre. There were two ring companies there and the other company had a really sleezy sales guy where as Smooch were really laid back and gave us the choice and just explained everything and didn't try and talk us into booking an appointment. So at the next Wedding Fayre we saw the same sales person and booked up an appointment.
We were so happy with the choice of rings and styles and the cost too!
Our rings are gorgeous and it fits perfectly to the shape of my engagement ring! They were also fantastic with the free gifts for my bridesmaids i have!

After reading some poor reviews about Smooch my fiance and I were slightly concerned that we had ordered our wedding rings from you. But we needn't have worried, we received our rings at the weekend and are both so pleased with the result. We found the whole Smooch experience very good from start to finish. Our advisor Alper was very friendly and helpful when it came to choosing our rings but without making us feel pressured. The rings arrived 6 weeks later as promised and all detail, engravings and sizes were correct. It reassures us to know we have a lifetime guarantee should we have any problems with the rings. We would have no problems recommending Smooch to anyone.

We would just like to say thanks for the beautiful platinum gents ring. We only booked our wedding mid June and it was on the 8th of August so had trouble finding rings to reach us in time, but you were great. You came out the day after we rang and the ring was delivered 11 days later, about 2 weeks before the wedding.
Thank you for moving so quickly on the order and treating our rings and wedding as important as we did, it would have been hard to get married without the rings so thanks again and we are already recommending you to friends & familey, my new husband Brian will be calling for my eternity ring very soon I hope.

We were so pleased at how personal the service was and the ability to try on every ring imaginable in the comfort of your own home instead of queuing in a jewellers in a busy city at the weekend to pay over the odds Retail prices. The cost of our rings was also incredibly reasonable, all very important when paying out left right and centre for a wedding.

Hi, I wanted to give some feedback on our rings we ordered for our wedding back in June, apologies for the delay.
After meeting Sara at a wedding fayre she came to our house where she spent hours with us going through each individual ring. To us, our rings were the most important part of our wedding day, they are the only thing you wear for the rest of your life. We decided to have our rings handmade and bespoke to us and nothing was too much hassle. Sara was extremely knowledgeable with matching it to my engagement ring. To add to this, she was extremely understanding of the financial situation most couples face when getting married so even suggested adding extra diamonds later on if we could only afford a small amount. We also had them engraved and a small diamond inside each to personalise and have something only we knew were there.
The quality of the rings is incredible and we have never had so many compliments. With mine being White Gold I knew I would need to have it replated but my engagement ring (not by Smooch) has been done twice and my wedding ring still sparkles like new.
I have recommended Smooch to all my friends and can't stress enough how important your rings make you feel once your wedding day is over.
