I would like to thank you and Baz Smith and also provide a review for your website, should you want to use it: Having someone come to our home with such a wide variety of designs was extremely useful. We had some idea of what we wanted, but the breadth of styles and possibilities shown was far superior to anything we had seen in the shops. In the end, my husband went for the same design as he had originally wanted, but I chose something a little different: with my eye being drawn back to the same ring over and over, the decision was easily made! The advisor, Baz Smith, was relaxed and knowledgeable. He took all the time we needed and gave good advice, with no pressure to make an order. The service from Smooch was very good and the rings were delivered within 6 weeks. And most importantly, the quality of the rings themselves is excellent and we are very happy with them, thank you!

I like smooch because when meeting them at newstead abbey wedding fayre they where rally friendly, helpful and not pushy which can be really off putting. I will be arranging an appointment with them in very future. There rings look absolutely stunning. X

Feedback: I had an appointment with Jayne Kelly on Saturday 14 July 2012. Jayne was very friendly not at all pushy and explained Smooch's serrvices very well. We definitely had no qualms about ordering our rings through Jayne, which we did the same day. The following day my partner changed his mind in the Material that his ring should be. I contacted Jayne by sms asking her to contact me on the Monday before she submitted our rings. She phoned me back within 10 mins and agreed to come over and go through everything again. I believe that Jayne certainly went beyond what I would expect from a sales advisor. She was also very keen for us to be aware that just because she was making a second visit there would be no pressure to order from her. Jayne is without a doubt a credit to the company. As a result of the fantastic service I have so far received I have told two other couples about Smooch and how good a company I believe Smooch to be. They have both expressed an interest and are both likely to request a Smooch advisor to visit. I will recommend your services to others and feel that is down to Jayne's outstanding customer service. I know that if the rest of the service is anywhere near as good as the service I have so far received from Smooch, the decision to use your company to purchase our wedding rings is definitely the right one!!

i would just like to say a big thank you to alison my experience from start to finish was amazing she made it soooo much easier for me to choose my wedding ring i didnt feel rushed or pushed into making the wrong choices alison was absolutely amazing ive never felt so relaxed with someone i hadn't met before she also had alot of ideas to so me as well and in the end up i designed my own ring and couldn't be happier with it just waiting on a picture getting sent so i can see it and my god am i looking forward to it would definetly recommend smooch to anyone so again a BIG thanks to alison she was amazing xxx
