We have almost 50 Smooch advisers and attend around 1000 wedding shows every year. When we visit you, you'll see a beautiful collection of wedding rings, which you are free to completely personalise.

When you make an appointment with Smooch, we'll visit you at home at a time that is convenient for you including evenings and weekends. There's absolutely no obligation to buy and we're happy to spend as long as you like with you, although most visits only last around an hour. The visit

Your Smooch Advisor will present you with a selection of over 200 beautiful wedding rings. You can either choose your rings from this collection or we'll help you to design something truly unique.
Smooch specialises in making wedding rings to fit around the shape of engagement rings.  Ask your Advisor for details of this highly specialised but affordable service. 
However you make your selection, we only charge for the width and the metal chosen. All we add is the cost of the diamonds, the engraving where applicable and a small post & packing charge.
If you wish to spread the cost of your rings we offer an INTEREST FREE payment scheme which allows you to pay for your wedding rings in plenty of time for the wedding. This is simple to arrange and we don't carry out credit checks. 

Free Gifts

Once you've seen the Advisor in your home you are entitled to three silver gifts for your bridesmaids and a key ring for your best man, even if you don't order from us! To claim your gifts simply email us at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it   stating the date and time of the appointment and your Advisor's name. From time to time, we also run special promotions, which cannot be combined with any other offer.

Ordering

When you place your order, we'll ask for a deposit of a third of the total cost, payable by credit card cheque or cash. Delivery of your rings then takes just four to six weeks, but this can be extended for up to two years if required.

Delivery and guarantees

You can pay the balance over any period required but full payment must be received before we dispatch the rings to you. Once this is paid, we'll send your wedding rings by fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery, usually for delivery on a Saturday. Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees to deliver 98% of packages by 1.00pm the next day.

Our rings are guaranteed for life and we enclose a re-sizing card with your rings. Re-sizing and re-polishing are free of charge, excluding postage. We will add a £12 post and packing charge to all orders.
