We have almost 50 Smooch Advisors and attend around 1000 wedding shows every year. When we visit you, you'll see a beautiful collection of wedding rings, which you are free to completely personalise.

When you make an appointment with Smooch, we'll visit you at home at a time that is convenient for you including evenings and weekends. There's absolutely no obligation to buy and we're happy to spend as long as you like with you, although most visits only last around an hour. The visit

Your Smooch Advisor will present you with a selection of over 200 beautiful wedding rings. You can either choose your rings from this collection. off our web-site or we'll help you to design something truly unique. 
However you make your selection, we only charge for the width and the metal chosen. All we add is the cost of the diamonds, the engraving where applicable and a small post & packing charge.
Smooch also specialises in making wedding rings shaped to fit around engagement rings. There is an additional cost for this highly skilled service.  Ask your Smooch Advisor for details. 
If you wish to spread the cost of your rings we offer an INTEREST FREE payment scheme which allows you to pay for your wedding rings in plenty of time for the wedding. This is simple to arrange and we don't carry out credit checks.

Ordering

When you place your order, we'll ask for a deposit of a third of the total cost, payable by credit card, cheque or cash. Delivery of your rings then takes just four to six weeks, but this can be extended for up to two years if required.  We send your rings to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every ring we create is guaranteed for life. Re-sizing and re-polishing are free of charge at any time. We also guarantee your diamonds won't fall out - in the very unlikely event that this happens we will replace the lost stone FREE of CHARGE without question. Post & Packing charges may apply.

INTEREST FREE Payments

If you would rather spread your payments we have an INTEREST FREE payment scheme. We don't do any credit checks and this isn't HP. You can pay for the rings over any period up to 2 years. We simply take a Direct Debit Payment each month. There is NO INTEREST to pay and no fees or charges of any sort. If your balance is £350 and you want to pay off over 10 months you would simply pay £35 a month.

The Order Process

Once your order is placed we will communicate with you using text messages to let you know if we need more information or to let you know when your rings are ready for delivery. Most customers find text very efficient and discreet. We use this method for a number of reasons but the main one is that it means we aren't disturbing you with calls at inconvenient times like when you are at work or busy in some other way. It also means we can keep our costs down which means we can keep our prices lower.

Of course you can call our customer service team on 01895 825900 during office hours (9.00am - 5.00pm, Moday to Friday) if you want to speak to somebody about your order. We don't use queing systems or voice control so occasionally you may have to try a couple of times during busy periods. Our lines are busiest first thing in the morning and at lunchtimes so please avoid those times if possible.

Delivery

Once the full balance has been paid, we'll send your wedding rings by fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery, usually for delivery on a Saturday. Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees to deliver 98% of packages by 1.00pm the day after posting.

Free Gifts & Competitions

Once you've seen the Advisor in your home you are entitled to three gifts for your bridesmaids and a key ring for your best man, even if you don't order from us! You can choose from Tiffany Style Heart Pendants, Silver & Cubic Zirconia Earrings or Natural Freshwater Pearl bracelets for the bridesmaids,

Going to order? We'll send the free gifts with your rings so you don't need to claim them.
